CELLSHOT - FAQ's

Q: Can I use rechargeable batteries with Cellshot?
A: Yes. Our product is the first solution for extra cell phone power that allows you to use rechargeable batteries for extra savings.

Q: How many times can I use the Cellshot?
A: As many times as you want. You will only need to replace the AA battery when it is empty.

Q: I plugged my Cellshot in to my mobile phone and it showed "Not charging"?
A: Cellshots are designed to be used on cellphones with either fully depleated or extremely low batteries. If you connect your Cellshot to a phone that has sufficient power it will automatically disconnect to save the AA battery and the "Not charging" message will be displayed.

Q: Can I use Cellshot instead of a battery?
A: No. Cellshot can be used to charge a battery or allow extra talk time, but does not replace a cell phone battery.

Q: What is included with purchase of Cellshot?
A: Included with the purchase of Cellshot are 10 phone connectors. Battery is not included, due to NZ Post restrictions.

Q: I have an unusual phone and none of the connectors fit.
A: No problem, we will refund your money in full.

Q: What happens when I make a call and the Cellshot is connected?
A: Cellshot will allow your phone to take the power directly from the AA battery. When you are not using it, the power will instead go to your phone's battery for later use.

Q: How much power and talk time can the Cellshot provide using
      a single AA battery?
A: That depends on the type of AA battery you use and the age of your cellphone battery. For example, one Energizer AA battery will give you up to an extra 100 minutes of talk, or 120 hours of standby time.

Q: How long does it take to charge?
A: It depends on how much charge there is in your battery. If the battery is completely empty, it will take about 120 minutes to move all the energy from a single AA battery to your phone's battery. Remember – you can still use your phone.

Q: Which Batteries can be used?
A: Any AA battery can be used including disposable and rechargeable batteries. We recommend the use of higher quality batteries for faster charging and greater efficiency.

Q: What colours does Cellshot come in?
A: At this time we have black, blue, red and silver.

Q: Can I have our logo put on Cellshot?
A: Yes. We offer corporate branding of the packaging and the barrel of the cellshot to match your companys logo for just $295 + GST.
